Senior Advisory Board

Comprising distinguished nursing leaders from across the Eastern Mediterranean Region. This board provides strategic oversight, lends institutional credibility, and ensures alignment with regional health priorities.

Regional Steering Committee

A representative leadership body drawn from EMR countries. The committee safeguards the initiative’s mission, coordinates cross-country activities, and serves as the decision-making engine.

Working Groups

Task-oriented teams that translate strategy into action. Each group focuses on a specific priority area—such as advocacy, education, or research—and operates with clear deliverables.
